What makes this functionality so powerful is that each firm can decide how simple or sophisticated their take-on form will be, simply by changing the template.

Questionnaires (or “interviews”)

Questionnaires (or “interviews”) are created in XpressDox Document Automation and are emailed to a new client or external user for completion. The recipient (external user) clicks on the link in the email to view the questionnaire remotely. As the external user enters their answers, the information is automatically saved into the firm’s XpressDox database, and the same answer files can then be used later to create other documents at the firm.

Document Services

XpressDox Document Services includes some really neat features that set it apart from the competition. For example, shared emails are encrypted point to point and can be further protected by a password or PIN if sensitive data is being transmitted. Users at the firm can pre-populate questionnaires with information they have on hand before sending the questionnaire to the external user, and questionnaires can even be scheduled to time-out if not viewed within a specified period. “Shares” can be managed by the firm, and the external user and other authorized users can even collaborate on capturing information into the questionnaire if necessary.

Themed Questionnaires

XpressDox themes questionnaires so that they match the firm’s colors and corporate identity which shows their clients that they are dealing with a professional and tech-savvy firm. New functionality which is currently in development will allow new clients to upload copies of documents in Word, PDF, or image formats to the questionnaire, and these images will also be saved into the firm’s database.
